Man, I was sick all last week with something very like the flu only with a cough to boot! It was awful, and since I slept all week I didn't get any new artwork done. It was very frustrating.

This week I hope to get a lot done, especially because I'm thinking of submitting some stuff to the Applied Arts student contest O_O It's kinda nerve-wracking thinking about it, but I figure why not? I might as well while I'm still a student, and I'm getting pretty into the penwork I've been starting lately. With any luck I'll get my "Krishna and Rukmini" story illustrations scanned and coloured in somehow so I can submit them. The deadline is really looming.

On another note, my birthday is this Wednesday... 22 isn't really a special number anymore It's kinda like "welcome to the rest of your life.. the next big landmark is 30." Yippee... ah well, I suppose I'm young in comparison to a lot of other students in my year. At least my sister shares in the pain
